When conducting surveys for The Natural Guide to Bali, we were impressed by the initiatives taken by many small and medium enterprises in the local tourism industry towards better social and environmental management.
Yet small businesses are often isolated, and it is not easy for them to share their great ideas and access more information leading to better practices.
Hence we decided to publish a practical guide book for small and medium tourism operations, the Best Practices of Ecotourism in Bali, which provides guidelines and practical ideas on how small business can improve their social and environmental impact…
